TVO Partners with Panache to Prompt Interactive Viewer Engagement with TVO Content Across Multiple Web Properties

Toronto and Los Angeles, April 6, 2009 – TVO, Ontario's public educational media organization, and Panache, the ad-insertion platform for major media and entertainment companies, today announced a partnership to integrate the Panache platform and services with TVO’s online content to provide an engaging and interactive experience for viewers.  TVO’s dynamically enhanced programming will be available on TVO’s own sites, TVO.org, TVOParents.com and TVOKids.com, which use video solutions based on the Adobe® Flash® Platform.

Panache is an infrastructure solution for major publishers, aligning technology groups with other teams within an organization to facilitate and speed up deployment, for either interactive content enhancements, such as with TVO, or for advertising. Panache offers pre-built or custom formats that are effective for ads and can also be used for games, cross-promotion and content-enhancement. TVO will be leveraging custom video units to enhance and extend viewers’ experience with TVO’s informational and educational online programming.
